Copyright – Right of reproduction – Use of the photos
(Act of 30 June 1994 on copyright and related rights.)
1. The photographer retains the copyright on all works that she carries out for the client. The client confirms that he cannot claim the copyright and copyright of the photos and/or drawings, neither in analogue nor in digital form.
2. The model and the promotional agency or promotional website commit themselves to mentioning the name of the photographer with every publication.
3. The client undertakes to accompany each permitted exploitation of the photographic and visual material, as well as each reproduction, with the statement “© Image-ine Photography”. The client is prohibited from changing the photos in any way. “Change” means: cropping, adjusting colors and contrasts, adding filters or other visual changes.
4. In all circumstances, the photographer retains full ownership rights to all photographic and other visual material supplied to the client, including the ownership of the digital files, the cliché, the molds and other carriers, even if these are temporarily made available to the client.
5. In the event of any copyright infringement such as, but not limited to, any failure to mention the reference “© Image-ine Photography” on any permitted reproduction of a copyrighted work by the photographer, the client shall owe the photographer damages of at least 500 EUR per infringement or infringing photo, without prejudice to the right of the photographer to claim higher compensation.
6. The photographer reserves the right to request additional fees in connection with copyrights for publications.

Refunds & returns
You may return any damaged product sold through our online shop within 30 days for a prompt refund of its purchase price. Shipping costs will be refunded if the problem is a result of our error. Please make sure that you include the original packing slip with the product and that it is securely wrapped. Send the package to:

Delivery
We will notify you by email of the shipping date of your product for one off purchases. If the product you want isn’t in stock, you’ll be notified by email, giving you an expected shipping date.
Access to digital product(s) will be delivered to your nominated email address within 24 hours.

All details, including credit card information, submitted through this site pass through PayPal’s secure server, which offers 128-bit encryption.
